General Conditions

All orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. No Minimum order. Payment is expected within 7 days of invoice date. No responsibility is taken for orders once posted unless insurance has been requested.  

Shipping costs are simple:

£3.50 FLAT FEE for Domestic Shipping on orders Below £5.

£2.50 FLAT FEE for Domestic Shipping on orders Above £5 and below £35.

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING & FEES WHEN YOU SPEND £35+

EU FLAT RATE £12 on all orders

Rest of World FLAT RATE FEE OF £15 on all orders

 

Our aim is to provide a fast service as we know how frustrating it can be to wait for some parts. Typically we will pick, pack and ship the order within 24hrs (weekends may take an extra day as no shipping on Sundays or bank holidays - But we will still be picking and packing on these days.) - Typically your order will be completed within the hour if we are around.

Please note to ensure that your shipping details on your payment method and with Brickowl have the same name and address details. Clear mismatches will result into us having to cancel orders as we want to prevent fraudulent transactions using stolen card data.

International Shipments:

Please Note that we ship from the UK and our shipping costs include the shipping cost only. We are not responsible for any duties/custom charges that may apply as these are dependent upon the regulation of your country. These potential extra charges incurred will be at the buyers' expense. Check your local government rules on importing duties for goods coming from the UK.

 

New Part Condition:

New Parts are exactly what it says on the tin. These are Parts that either come from the Lego store PICK A BRICK wall or from Lego sets where the bags had not been opened yet. There may be the rare abrasion on the bricks which may have occured in the Lego box but these are very rare.

Used Parts:

These Used parts are items that have been used in previous builds and therefore did NOT come from unopened sets or the Lego Pick A Brick wall. These items are in a good condition and if they are damaged we will look not to ship these as we want to maintain a high quality of brick. Some shade variation may occur from time to time.

Our New & Used parts are segregated and when we get mixed orders of new and used bricks we will keep them segregated at all times so you will be able to identify the new/used bricks you've ordered.

Missing Parts:

We don't expect issues with our inventory but in the case we cannot supply you with your part, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a credit for the relevant part.

We do not provide credits for sets that may have missing parts. All the new sets we sell are unopened/sealed sets we sourced from respectable sources and any mismatch vs the Part Out list on Bricklink/BrickOwl store may be due to an issue with the parts list. 

If a piece or item was missing in the shipping please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the matter as soon as possible. It will be our preference to ensure you've got a completed order but common sense may need to prevail whether we send the additional item or provide a credit.
